Tara has a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance
and pedagogy from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
Tara has taught early-childhood music and movement classes
since 2000, teaching studio music classes for children
ages newborn to 9 years. She is licensed and certified
to teach all levels of the Musikgarten curriculum, and
she holds level 2 certification by the Early Childhood
Music and Movement Association. Tara plays the violin in
the Red Rock String Ensemble and serves as the children’s
choir director in her church. She also teaches private
piano lessons. Tara is married and has three children. Tara is the Executive Director of the brand new Gallup Performing Arts Center, www.gpac.info. |

| Jennifer Boots-Marshall |

Jennifer has been playing the violin for 27 years. She
was trained at the Ottowa, Kansas Suzuki Institute and
currently teaches private violin lessons using the Suzuki
method. Jennifer has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English
from Grinnell College, Iowa, a Masters of Arts degree
in English from the University of Alaska in Fairbanks,
and a PhD in English from the University of Oklahoma.
Jennifer has played in several chamber ensembles and
quartets, including the Enid Symphony Orchestra and the
University of Oklahoma Symphony Orchestra. She also plays
the violin in the Red Rock String Ensemble. Jennifer
is married and has one child. |
